In today's plenary session, an interpellation regarding price increases was held, requested by Democratic Party MP Enno Bozdo.

An interpellation that took place with the Minister of Economy and Innovation, Delina Ibrahimaj. In her speech, Bozdo said that the interpellation is based on 4 arguments: price increases, the poverty of Albanians, the lack of a support plan, and the rapid intervention of EU countries.

Bozdo raised the question of whether the Albanian government is planning aid packages for the population in relation to the increase in prices in international markets.

The MP asked to be informed about what exactly the government is planning, if it has planned any aid packages.

" Does the government intend to do something when price increases have been identified? This interpellation is based on 4 arguments: prices have increased, Albanians are among the poorest peoples, Albania has not received any support plan, and EU countries have intervened quickly. I am not asking why prices have increased, because every time the topic is raised, there is rhetoric that international markets have increased prices. I am here to ask whether the government plans to intervene with aid packages for the population. If so, what exactly is it planning ," said Bozdo.
