Peleshi shows Manja the border: I am not Niko

A debate took place between Socialist MP Ulsi Manja and Parliament Speaker Niko Peleshi in the plenary session. The reason was Manja's request to take the floor after Democratic leader Sali Berisha.

Peleshi rejected the MP's request and said that the order of the floor in the discussions cannot be disrupted. He addressed Manja with the words "I am not Niko", implying that he is the Speaker of the Assembly in the session and his relationship with the majority is the same as with the opposition. 

"Mr. Balla has the floor. It cannot be, we are in discussions with a set time limit. I am not Niko. Please, we are taking the minutes. Mr. Manja, don't let anyone's time be wasted. When your turn comes, you will speak. You cannot speak now because the list is being passed. We are with a set time limit. When your turn comes, you will speak ," said Peleshi. /CNA
