DP Chairman Sali Berisha during his speech to the media before the launch of the Parliamentary Group. Berisha spoke about Albania's European integration, saying that this is the most important project for Albanians, but according to him, it has been taken hostage by the government.

According to Berisha, this government has no interest in the future of Albanians and that integration is an undesirable process, because it requires respect for fundamental freedoms and rights, free voting, and the functioning of the market economy and market rules.

"Every day it becomes more and more clear to the world that Edi Rama is a gangrene, as a well-known publicist, Michael Rubin, says today, a gangrene that must be removed as soon as possible. In this context, I think that the opposition, under conditions of a narco-dictatorship, is standing strong as the true voice of Albanians who believe in the values ??of freedom, who hope to have a future they deserve, and this better future is the future in the EU. There is no more excellent project for Albania and the nation than the placement of Albania in this community as our renascentists projected, a lady among other European countries.

But this process, as is increasingly evident every day, has been hijacked by a criminal organization that runs Albania, with its Meduza leader, Edi Rama. Albanians should know that these people have absolutely no interest in their future, except for their own future and their and their children's paradise with the money of Albanian citizens.

For them, European integration is a completely undesirable process because this process has several rules, laws, standards that advance the interests of Albanian citizens and does not accept thieving governments, does not accept the connections with the crime of the governments. This process requires respect for the fundamental freedoms and rights, the free vote of Albanians, but also the functioning of the market economy and market rules. The opposition has chosen in these conditions to remain undefeated as the voice of the conscience of this nation, which seeks at all costs to isolate, humiliate and remove it from the path of integration” , said Berisha. /CNA
