"They are not corrupt like Albanian politicians"/ Krasniqi: Only 4

Political scientist Afrim Krasniqi said today that declaring certain individuals, high-ranking officials or political figures 'non grata' is a right that belongs only to the United States of America.

Invited to A2 CNN, Krasniqi stated that the lifting of this measure does not happen through money or corruption, as happens with Albanian politicians.

The political scientist said that if a global list of individuals who have been removed from "non grata" is made, there are four cases and all of them are geopolitical cases.

Further, Krasniqi added that something big has happened in the respective countries that this measure has been lifted, a political report has changed and therefore it has been reviewed by the next President, which, according to him, cannot be the case in Albania.

"The decision to deport women is a political decision and it is the right of the US, based on the decree of the President of that period, to apply it and has applied it continuously. Then, these stories of Tirana that someone has found money and finds someone to pay money. Because our politicians are corrupt, we think that Americans are also corrupt. If we make a global list of individuals who have been deported, there are 4 cases and all of them are geopolitical cases. It means that something big has happened in the respective countries, a political relationship has changed and therefore it has been reviewed by the next President. Albania is not geopolitical and is not an actor on a major world stage", said Krasniqi./ CNA
