The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, said today that he will not join Prime Minister Edi Rama's government for any moment.

In his speech at the next 'Poltore' of the DP, Berisha stated that with this regime hostile to Albania and Albanians, Rama does not have a single hour of legitimacy left.

The leading democrat also emphasized that only the courageous resistance of citizens will open a new chapter for the country.

"With your courage and endurance, you are writing a bright chapter of our national history. Against a dictatorship based on the theft of Albanians, drugs, crime, and the impoverishment of citizens. Prove that you are invincible. That you will defend your cause with every sacrifice. A regime hostile to Albania and Albanians. It has no legitimacy for a single moment. It turns the elections into a farce. I do not agree with this regime, which, in order to rob the elections, arrests the opposition leadership in the electoral year. I do not agree with a narco-dictator. In order to bring terror, it tramples on the European Convention on Human Rights, the Constitution, and the UN Charter," Berisha said. /CNA
