"Motivated despite the opposition"/ Rama: The next 3-4 years are

Prime Minister Edi Rama said today that the next 3-4 years will be difficult for Albania, as they are related to the final steps of the European integration process.

In his speech during the Socialist Party Assembly meeting in Elbasan, Rama stated that this period will serve to better organize the state in accordance with EU directives.

The head of government added that the majority must be clear-headed during this process and motivated, despite the forces and political factors in the country that are against it.

"It is necessary for us all to be aware that these last steps of the 3-4 years ahead of us are even more difficult. This is because it is the phase when we must align our entire state organization with that of the EU, in terms of not only laws, but also standards, and while we need this awareness to feel this responsibility. The Socialist Party must face, without losing clarity for a moment and the motivation to move forward, a set of forces and factors that are completely against us, politics and the media, that produce and distribute in a dizzying manner lies, half-truths, news that even when they are not untrue are placed in inverse proportion to reality," said Rama./CNA
