The Chairman of the Socialist Party Parliamentary Group, Taulant Balla, participated this Friday in the periodic meeting of the KKIE.
In his speech, Balla focused on Albania's position, which according to him is at a crucial stage of the European integration process and closer than ever to EU membership.
"The opening of all chapters within a short period of time represents a historic achievement for the country. The broad support of Albanian citizens for European integration is clear evidence of Albania's strategic orientation and the national consensus for the country's European future," Balla emphasized, among other things.
In conclusion, Balla added that the objective of closing membership negotiations by the end of 2027 should remain a joint political and institutional commitment./CNA
