A moment that attracted attention today during the parliamentary session was when Socialist MP Erion Braçe approached Sali Berisha to debate the price of oil.

In a statement to journalists outside Parliament, Berisha said that Braçe thinks he is the protagonist and was showing him the table that Germany has more expensive oil than Albania.

But Berisha stood by his statement that Albanians pay 7 times more for oil than Germans.

Now, you are also journalists, the price of oil in Albania, the tax on the price of oil, on a liter of oil, is absolutely among the highest in Europe and in the world, if not the highest.

I tell Albanians that the tax is a gift from Edi Rama, the high price is from Edi Rama and I prove it, and he does not tell them that it is from Edi Rama.
