The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, took the floor in the plenary session where he called for the report on integration to be removed from the agenda.

Berisha stated that a report cannot be discussed and the draft resolution voted on without the citizens being familiar with this report. According to him, that report only contains fraud, and he called for the report to be read and then voted on.

"We have presented today the report on EU integration, which is nothing but a fraud. This is an extremely serious act. At an important moment for Albanians and Albania, you present a report that you dare not read and decided that the report should not be read. There is no act that is not more serious. I ask that the report be withdrawn immediately because it is, after all, a fraud and bureaucracy. As for the performance, it is all fiction. The report is not approved, it should be read here and discussions should take place and then the resolution should be voted on. You create the agenda according to your wishes. You cannot vote on a report that the citizens do not know what it is. You hide that you have filled it with fraud, they do not understand the report. Come out here and let the report be read", said Berisha. /CNA
