Fierce debates took place today in the Parliament, one of which was between the Speaker of the Parliament Niko Peleshi and the SP MP Ulsi Manja.

Manja requested the floor to respond to DP leader Sali Berisha, but this request was rejected by the Speaker of the Assembly, who did not accept that Manja be addressed in the Assembly hall as Niko, since he is the Speaker of the Assembly.

While waiting to take the floor, Manja unleashed his arsenal and responded to the Speaker of the Assembly, Niko Peleshi.

"Mr. Speaker of the Assembly, since you did not give me the floor to respond to Sali Berisha, I should at least ask you to publicly apologize over the microphone for lowering your ranks and preferring instead of publicly apologizing to me over the microphone, to allow your cynicism over the microphone to dominate."

I know the rules of the Assembly as a member of parliament for years, and when there is an issue for discussion with a certain amount of time, no reply is allowed, but in agreement with the colleague, the order of the speech can be changed.

But you have my full understanding that it is not easy to face a political dinosaur like Berisha, who survives in power with the means he knows how to use best, slander, mud, blackmail and the status he has recently received "non grata". Because to face this type of politics, the rules of the Assembly do not help you, except for your rules", said Manja.

After finishing his remarks about Peleshi and Berisha, as the signal sounded to indicate that his time was up, Peleshi turned to him to tell him that he could finish his speech, but Manja, in a harsh tone, refused, saying: "I don't want alms, chairman, in violation of the rules."/ CNA
