A long time ago CNA has published several notes, editorials and various materials.

There are materials published here with a clear thesis: the standard of justice reform . Would this reform in justice be true or would it be a justice that would serve one party or the other party?

The essence of the reform in its first steps from all the statements of its financiers, such as the USA and the EU, has been the word to end impunity, a clear standard.

It doesn't matter what office you hold and what position you have, but if you break the law you will be investigated and judged.

This standard was set by Altin Dumani with Arben Ahmetaj, the former deputy prime minister, and this is said to be the first that the "Dumani" standard should be set.

Just as Dumani acted with Arben Ahmetaj, his colleagues should act in the same standard. There cannot be some mother's and some stepmother's. So, some are investigated but have no property investigation, others have property investigation but no investigation for violations of the law and so on.

There is no way to call the justice reform successful if Erion Veliaj goes to SPAK because he likes it. This does not happen and everyone knows it, but the way he wants to sell it does nothing else and simply kills the justice reform.

For this reason, the basis of everything must be the standard. It doesn't matter who you are or what chair you hold, but you are investigated and judged because there are no untouchables.

And Erion Veliaj, who declared his iron b*ts, is now the man who will face the SPAK, will face the investigations and will be held responsible before the law for his actions or inactions and for the damage of hundreds million euros that was made to the Municipality of Tirana from the "5D" file and the incinerators./ CNA
