After the scandal and the investigation of the spider scheme of hiring family members of prosecutors and judges in the Municipality of Tirana, CNA further deepened the investigations with the incinerator of Tirana, going beyond the name of Mirel Mërtir, showing the scheme and the involvement of the fuel oligarchs in this mega affair , which has been emptying the pockets of poor Albanians for 6 years.

CNA made public important documents, which show that a few months ago some new shareholders were registered as shareholders of the parent company of the Tirana incinerator in the Netherlands at the company "Geogenix".

They were ICARE in Switzerland with the two representatives Christophe Darbord and the other collaborator Blerim Hoxha.

According to the data provided by CNA, it turned out that one of the shareholders of the parent company, which has 40% of the shares, does not appear for the first time in Albania, so it is not the first time that he comes to exercise activity.

They are Swiss companies with an important activity in the field of landfills or incineration.

They used Armon and cooperated closely with oligarchs and fuel bosses in Albania a few years ago.

THE SCHEME goes beyond Mertir

The scheme of the incinerators is starting to become even clearer, more details are coming out and individuals and connections are being revealed that go up to representatives or managers, who have been collaborators with Russian companies, that have exercised the activity in Tirana.

CNA has disclosed the complete scheme that shows that everything goes beyond Mirel Mërtir and the introduction of these persons has made possible the financing of 100 million euros. The source of the money, still unclear, would come from a company across the ocean and then of this 100 million euros according to an agreement written in September of last year in Milan, about 25 million euros would be taken from the people who provided the financing , i.e. the new shareholders, who called themselves dormant as is the case of Alberto Presezzi and the ICARE company in Switzerland.

So, a concession contract is taken, the people who get the contract of almost 1 billion euros for 30 years have no money to invest and are forced to sell and lease the shares for 9 years with dormant shareholders, who would provide the investment and this is done with a simple goal.

Pra, hynin si aksionerë të fjetur që të gjenin para dhe pastaj merrnin 25 milionë euro. E mbanin inceneratorin në përdorim, inceneratorin e Tiranës, landfillin, për 9 vite dhe sipas të ardhurave që ka kompania dhe me trendin rritës, të ardhurat në 9 vite mund të shkonin afërsisht nga 250-270 milionë euro pasi kompania deklaron në vitin 2021 rreth 25 milionë euro të ardhura dhe do të kryhej financimi.

Këto kompani do të fitonin një shumë të majme parash pastaj duhet t’ua kthenin aksionet njerëzve të Mirel Mërtirit e në rast moskthimi kishin një penalitet rreth 40 milionë euro sipas kontratave të publikuara nga CNA.
