Lulzim Basha led the opposition for 9 years. Recently he tried to declare victory over a cause, which in fact belongs to the media, then politics, and which was finally used by Lulzim Basha as one of the segments of politics. In chronology, the first media that have denounced are CNA.al, Exit.al, TPZ.al and BIRN.

Then the Knitting Initiative filed a lawsuit in SPAK. Then another lawsuit was filed from SMI, and the last one who talked in September 2020 was Lulzim Basha. Meanwhile, the incinerators’ affair had started in 2014. Then he was silent again, only to come into play with an investigative commission, at the time when SPAK had closed the investigation, and after Basha learns that there would be arrests.

But what are the three strong evidence that Lulzim Basha is close to them, and has direct and indirect relations with incinerator companies, with Klodian Zoto, Mirel Mërtiri and Stela Gugalla or even with the arrested Alqi Bllako, including Lefter Koka?

First as we mentioned above is the silence for almost 6 years. What keep Basha silent? Answer:The strong connections he had with incinerator companies. Gert Bogdani, the secretary of foreign relations in the Democratic Party, has been one of the closest collaborators of incinerator companies.

He traveled to Zimbabwe with Mirel Mërtiri. He traveled to Germany together with Alqi Bllako. It was paid for by incinerators. Gert Bogdani has been the right wing of Lulzim Basha, one of his trusted men. But along with Bogdani there is another connection, about which Lulzim Basha, never spoke even when Jorida Tabaku, or the investigative commission, talked about incinerators.

He never spoke about Victoria Invest, for the 15 million euros of Porto Romano, a tender conducted by the institution run by Alqi Blako. Canceled in September 2019, and awarded with direct procurement by the Rama government in December 2019. Victoria-Invest is the famous company associated with Lulzim Basha.

Accused of a Mercedes-Benz car donated to the latter, and directly involved in the waste encapsulation process in the Porto Romano area, which includes the company De Mare, one of the closest associates of Klodian Zoto and Mirel Mërtiri in their company chain. Basha never even talked about it.

Third, Basha was always silent about Top Channel and the connections of Ben Blushi and Vjollca Hoxha with the incinerator companies. There is no case alone, no press conference on the incinerator partnership scandal with Top Channel.

CNA.al revealed with official documents how Lori Kafe was bought for 2.2 million dollars.

How a company from Bulgaria called EM Capital Group had bought 51 per cent of the shares of Lori Kafe and behind this company hid Klodian Zoto and Mirel Mërtiri as and Eva Blushi, Ben Blushi?s wife, then director of Top Channel.

Then another company is established, Kudo Pay, where are partners Stela Gugallja, Vjollca Hoxha and Ben Blushi. Lulzim Basha?s official Democratic Party never spoke. Never talked about these partnerships, and never talked about the issue of Victoria Invest or Porto-Romano.

So Basha remained silent for almost 6 years about the incinerators, he was silent about Alqi Bllako, he was silent until he realized that SPAK would arrest him, he was silent about Gert Bogdani, and he was silent for Top Channel, Ben Blushi or Vjollca Hoxha?s partnership.

Well, Luli Basha?s connections with them are direct. Silence and facts are the best evidence that shows that Lulzim Basha is part or their collaborator. With his silence Basha has killed the cause of the incinerators, the so called affair of the century.

With his silence he has become an accomplice and has hidden a crime, because in the case of Gert Bogdani, we have an arrested minister. In the case of Gert Bogdani, there is another lobbying in Germany as a representative of the Democratic Party. In the case of Victoria Invest is Lulzim Basha?s Mercedes and his family ties.

In the case of Top Channel, the silence about Ben Blushi, his political opponent, or Vjollca Hoxha is a bargain with a television for non attack him. So for Lulzim Basha, there are simply facts and evidence that connect him and show that he is one of the collaborators, a man who has remained silent about the cause of incinerators, and now seeks to use it as a benefit for his political future, which apparently is dead./CNA.al
