From properties in Dardha, Dhërmi and Tirana, to partnerships with incinerators /The “return” of the failed politician

Former MP of the Socialist Party, former minister and former leader of the LIBRA party, Ben Blushi is one of those public life figures in Albania, who with the coming to power of the SP, it seems that has had many benefits.

Ben Blushi, the former failed politician, who became a manager in the media, after being expelled from politics with ?kicks?, has greatly increased his wealth in recent years, with properties from Dardha to Dhërmi, or even through partnerships in companies different with incinerator concessionaires.

CNA.al has shown how in 2015, a businessman sold a property in the center of Korça, a commercial environment, for a value of only 30.000 euros, while the market value was around 500.000 euros. The declared bills are for only 30.000 euros, and the property is in the name of his daughter, N.Blushi.

Further, after some complaints from the residents of Dardha village, CNA.al has made another investigation. We found out how Blushi?s wealth has increased by another 250.000 euros. CNA.al has also published a document that shows how Ben Blushi, former MP of the Socialist Party, former head of LIBRA, former Minister of SP, has become the owner of a property of 3.000 m2 in Dhërmi.

CNA.al also reported on an ownership conflict for a building built in the middle of Tirana. But it doesn?t stop there. Ben Blushi is a partner in at least 3 companies with owners of incinerator companies. The latter are one of the most accused concessions in Albania, for which a former minister has been arrested and imprisoned, and Stela Gugallja and Klodian Zoto have been declared wanted.

First, we recall here the company EM Capital Group, established in Bulgaria, and where the partners are Klodian Zoto, with 34 percent of the shares, Mirel Mërtiri with 33 percent of the shares and Eva Blushi, wife of Ben Blushi, has 33 percent of the shares.

Then this company bought for $ 2.2 million 51 percent of the shares of Valtelina Kafe, which bears the trade name Lori Kafe, and which ?coincidentally? has the same owners as Top Channel, where Ben Blushi was director at the time.

Further, CNA.al revealed a third company, where Ben Blushi comes out openly with his name. The company is called KUDO PAY, and co-partners are Stela Gugallja, Vjollca Hoxha and Ben Blushi. So, beyond the properties and assets increased with the coming to power of the SP, Ben Blushi is also a partner with the owners of one of the most accused concessions for misappropriation of funds.

Already after ?shining? in politics and in the management of Top Channel, Ben Blushi has returned to the role of ?analyst?. For days, Ben Blushi has started talking to Albanians about the war in Ukraine, or other issues, through posts on social networks.

In fact, before talking about the war or Ukraine, Ben Blushi would be better to clarify his partnership with the owners of one of the most accused concessions, which will cost albanian taxpayers 430 million euros./CNA.al
