Exclusive - Democratic Party in chaos/ Lulzim Basha’s brother-in-law bought thousands of square meters of businesses

Lulzim i Basha?s brother-in-law has increased his wealth in the worst days of the Democratic Party. At a time when the Democratic Party was in chaos, after losing the parliamentary elections on April 25, 2021, after former Prime Minister Sali Berisha was declared non grata by the US, and when the DP was in an election process, Erion Isufi and his companies added their assets.

CNA.al has conducted an investigation, which has shown that Isufi bought property with several thousand square meters. It is about thousands of square meters of business space, apartments and garages in one of the most expensive areas in Tirana.

These assets were purchased in August 2021 on behalf of the company Moveo Albania Technology, which is owned by Erion Isufi and his now deceased father. Transactions amount to millions of euros, starting from 14.000 euros and up to over 350.000 euros.

Apartments, 5 parking lots, commercial units, which in total amount to over half a million euros of property, bought by Erion Isufi and his company, just at the time when the Democratic Party had only locks and seals.
