Top Channel case/ Prosecutors in Albania are “dead”

It was scandalous, unheard-of before, how a television station accused publicly its staff, its journalists that they had fined businesses, and that he breaks up from these finers. It happened publicly on Top Channel 3 days ago in the news edition after a reaction from Endrit Habilaj, the author of the show ?Top Story?.
