After the deadline for declarations expired, the Anti-Corruption Agency has published the records of asset declarations by public officials, including state and party leaders.
From bank accounts with just a few euros, to apartments worth hundreds of thousands, land worth considerable amounts, and properties worth millions, this year's asset declarations have highlighted great contrasts between the most well-known names in Kosovo politics.
The published forms show modest cash savings, but also houses, apartments, construction and agricultural land, garages, unpaid loans, and significant annual income.
Following the publication of the records by the Anti-Corruption Agency, attention has focused on the figures, properties, and debts of state and party leaders.
The agency has published the annual asset declaration of Prime Minister Albin Kurti.
According to the form, Kurti's annual income is 21,315 euros from his salary as prime minister. He has also declared his wife's income from her salary in the amount of 51,000 euros.
Based on the published form, Kurti has 16.41 euros in his bank account.
Kurti also stated that in his wife's name, there are 19,500 euros in the bank, originating from the salary and inheritance from the parent, 2,000 euros in savings from the daughter, and another 50 euros from the daughter, which according to the form comes from family members.
As real estate, Kurti mentioned his wife's apartment, worth 530 thousand euros.
As debts, he declared his wife's loan with a remaining value of 160 thousand euros, and listed the rent for the apartment, which he now declared he pays at 350 euros.
Albulena Haxhiu's estate
Acting President of Kosovo Albulena Haxhiu, who is also Speaker of the Parliament, has declared in her annual asset declaration a 128 square meter apartment, in joint ownership, worth 118 thousand euros.
Meanwhile, in her husband's name, she declared an 82 square meter apartment worth 60 thousand euros and a 6 acre plot of land worth 15 thousand euros.
She stated that she has 1,531 euros in cash in her account.
Haxhiu has stated that he has a loan worth 160 thousand euros.
She has declared annual personal income from salary, wages, and other allowances and compensation of over 24 thousand euros.
Former President Vjosa Osmani has declared as real estate in her name only a plot of land measuring 5.10 acres worth 35 thousand euros.
She has declared a 244 square meter residential house in co-ownership worth 208 thousand euros.
Meanwhile, her husband has declared an apartment worth 59 thousand euros, a house in Australia worth 170 thousand euros, and another house also in Australia worth 510 thousand euros.
Osmani declared 3,115 euros in cash.
Osmani has declared annual income of over 10,300 euros as a daily wage and salary worth over 33,000 euros.
PDK Chairman Badri Hamza has indicated in his annual asset declaration that he has two apartments, one with an area of ??120 square meters worth 70 thousand euros and one with an area of ??98 square meters worth 46 thousand euros.
He has stated that he also owns three garages worth a total of 14,700 euros.
He also declared that he has one hectare of land worth 50 thousand euros and a 72 square meter house worth 25 thousand euros. Meanwhile, in the name of his wife, he declared a 60 square meter apartment worth 39 thousand euros.
He stated that he has over 10,700 euros in cash in one account and 1,408 euros in another account.
He has declared an annual personal income of nearly 19,700 euros.
LDK leader Lumir Abdixhiku has declared a house worth 150,000 euros, which he said he inherited, as real estate.
As joint property, he has declared a house worth 200 thousand euros and an apartment worth 265 thousand euros. Meanwhile, he has also declared two apartments in his wife's name.
Cash in Account Abdixhiku stated that he has 386 euros in a bank account from his salary and savings, as well as 4,915 euros in another bank account from his salary.
Abdixhiku has declared two annual salaries as an MP and from the "Riirnvest" college, the first in the amount of 16 thousand 889 euros and the second in the amount of 24 thousand euros.
The leader of AAK, Ramush Haradinaj, stated in his declaration form that he and his immediate family own property worth approximately 2 million euros.
Haradinaj, in general, the main properties (houses/villas/apartments) are the same, but there is a big difference in the area and declared value of the land.
Haradinaj's outstanding loans have been significantly reduced compared to the previous year.
The AAK leader's rental income has decreased, while his wife's rent for her house in Pristina has increased.
Regarding money in bank accounts, Haradinaj in 2026 reports significantly higher amounts compared to 2025.
