Approval of the resolution on integration/ Rama: They understood that blocking

Prime Minister Edi Rama spoke in today's episode of the "Flasim" podcast, regarding the resolution approved in the May 14 session, on the country's European integration.

Rama said it was a surprising development, adding that this unity of the opposition with the majority has value. Among other things, he added that the opposition has understood that blocking the negotiation process does not exist.

"Something welcome in the Albanian Parliament, where the opposition forces suddenly joined the ruling majority for a resolution related to integration. I am glad that something like this happened. Even once is a once with its own value. I am glad that they have understood that the process is unstoppable, that the much-discussed blockage does not exist. Soon the news of overcoming the next phase of the process will come and the path to closing the chapters will be opened. The union, however surprising, is completely welcome ," said Rama. /CNA
