"Only 'small fish' were punished"/ Journalist: The incinerator affair involves several institutions

Journalist Ola Xana spoke this evening about the affair of the incinerators, an affair denounced with documents and facts for a long time by CNA.al.

Xana said that this scandal involves several institutions, mentioning here the Directorate of Taxes and the Prosecutor's Office.

She stated in the show "Open", that until now the justice institutions have arrested and punished only "small fish".

“Në një vështrim të parë nuk është i përfshirë vetëm një institucion, së fundmi del edhe tatimet edhe prokuroria që e ka hetuar më parë që në 2016-12017 dhe është hetuar vite më parë dhe janë dënuar vetëm “peshqit e vegjël”.

Në këtë skemë kanë qenë të përfshirë kompani shumë më të mëdha. Pse u intereson kompanive faturat fiktive, sepse asnjëherë vlera me të cilën fitohet kontrata nuk është e njëjta. Me anë të TVSH edhe tatimet futen në thesin e shkeljeve.

Si ka mundësi që kemi agjensinë e koncesioneve që thonë janë bërë 30 milion euro punime kur aty është bërë treg frutash ekzotike jo inceneratorë?”, theksoi gazetarja./ B.A. – CNA.al
