Temperatures rise in the region/ Heat wave forecast for the Balkans

Some of Europe's meteorological agencies are predicting a heat wave in the Balkan countries.

Areas of Croatia and Serbia have been put on alert for high temperatures expected in the coming days, which could reach up to 35 degrees Celsius.

In Croatia, the civil protection agency has issued guidelines for protecting citizens during the heatwave.

A high temperature of 35 degrees was recorded today in North Macedonia and the forecast for tomorrow is that it will reach 38 degrees, as well as in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

These temperatures come as a forecast for the region, as Europe prepares for a heat wave that could break all records for the month of June.

This is the second heatwave that Western Europe has experienced in less than a month.
