The chairperson of LSI, Monika Kryemadhi, has published new facts regarding the concession of incinerators.

Today in a press conference with journalists, Kryemadhi has stated that he will submit to SPAK, documents that show that some companies exchange invoices with each other, where fruits are exchanged for inerts, food for asphalt and drinking water for concrete.

In addition, according to Kryemadhi, what puts you in a dilemma is that these companies also receive VAT refunds.

"We will submit all these documents to SPAK. Fruits are exchanged for inert. food, oil, sugar, have turned into asphalt and drinking water into concrete. Most of these companies, for the reason that I will be a little discreet with these companies because they will be taken to SPAK. Fictitious companies exchange invoices with each other. Yellow incinerator companies, green companies that have won public works. In these companies, fictitious purchases of food, drinking water, can be 8 million dollars of drinking water, 6-7 million dollars of exotic fruits. There are invoices under 3 million lek so that the movement is not done through bank accounts.
