SPAK communicates the charges to the 12 persons accused of the Tirana incinerator. 

SPAK communicates the accusations to persons such as: Lefter Koka, Taulant Tusha, Pëllumb Abeshi, Namik Simixhiu, Bledar Karoli, Alba Thoma, Valbona Ballgjini, Sidita Kopliku, Etleva Kondi, Sidita Tola, Jetmir Llapaj and Erjon Murataj.

It is known that they have been charged with "misuse of duty carried out in cooperation".

We clarify that the investigations have been completed only for the persons who participated in the procedures up to the conclusion of the concession contract and the communication of the charges was made because the investigative deadlines are nearing their end. 

Meanwhile, the former General Secretary of the Ministry of Environment, Alqi Blako, has not yet been charged with corruption, as the investigation is ongoing.

Looking for the Tirana incinerator are Klodian Zoto, Mirel Mërtiri and Erjon Murataj. 

Recently, for the same case, the GJKKO issued 8 arrest warrants, but none of them were executed, while one of the criminal offenses that were charged was that of a structured criminal group. (read here)

Arrest warrants have been issued for Ilir Dedjan, Endrit Habilaj, Dashamir Ymeraj, Denisa Tollkuçin, Renardo Nallbanin, and 3 foreign citizens, Giusepe Ciaffaglione, Marc Lappat and Michael Dryijts.

The Tirana incinerator is now being investigated as a structured criminal group. /CNA
