Erion Veliaj and Mero Baze continue to deceive the public. A full 16 days have passed and they have not released the document signed by Ols Dado, who according to their claims requested an addition to the construction permit, nor the refusal signed by the mayor for the request made by the prosecutor.

On August 18, Erion Veliaj addressed the court with a document with 175 points on 77 unsigned pages to declare the investigations against the mayor, who is in Durrës prison cells with 13 charges for several serious criminal offenses, invalid.

Today is the 16th day and Erion Veliaj and Mero Baze have not yet published the document they claimed with the signature of prosecutor Ols Dado for an addition to the permitted portion, nor the rejection of this request with the signature of Erion Veliaj. (The request does not exist, nor the rejection, just like the Tirana incinerator).

Mero Baze's stance

Mero Baze says that, according to him, the investigation against Veliaj is being insistently requested by a prosecutor, who months ago had a personal conflict with him, regarding his requests for a construction permit outside the legal criteria that the municipality had.
