Basha’s strong accusations/ Who owns the media in partnership with incinerators

Lulzim Basha spoke yesterday publicly about the incinerator. He also made an irony, saying that this media may suffer technical defects during live broadcasting, or emphasizing on the other hand that the corrupt affair of the incinerators has ghost companies and the beneficiaries are also media owners, but without mentioning the name of the television, and who are the partners of the owners of the incinerators, who swallow tens of millions of euros from the taxes of the Albanians citizens.

Incinerators are a story denounced by the media for months and months without stopping. CNA.al has made public a complete file with undeniable facts and documents that showed a chain of companies, which connect with the owner of the Elbasan incinerator Stela Gugallja with Mirel Mërtiri and Klodian Zoto of the incinerator of Fier and Tirana.

Afterwards, CNA.al showed with documents how Mirel Mërtiri and Klodian Zoto created a company in Bulgaria, named EM Capital Group, and how this company came to Albania and bought another Albanian company.

These are shown with documents and facts, as we are showing above, which as you see the document showing the partnership company of Eva Blushi, Ben Blushi?s wife, who is also the current director of Top Channel. When this company came to Tirana bought 51 per cent of the company Valtelino Caffe, which is also the holder of the trade name Lori Caffe.

So, Ben Blushi?s wife together with the owners of the incinerators, have bought 51 per cent of Lori Caffe, where 49 per cent in the minority is Vjollca Hoxha and the heirs of Dritan Hoxha, ie a part of Top Channel shareholders because the rest is currently continuing a judicial confrontation.
It is still ultimately unclear how the shareholders? positions on Top Channel stand, but one thing is for sure. Top Channel is currently administered by Vjollca Hoxha, who after two court instances, has taken most of the shares together with her children. And they are the same shareholders of Lori Caffe, who are also the partners of the incinerators, that Lulzim Basha had fear to mentioned their name. What Lulzim Basha couldn?t say, we are writing to him, and we are telling you publicly.

Top Channel television is currently owned by Vjollca Hoxha, who is a partner with Klodian Zoto, Mirel Mërtiri and Eva Blushi to Lori Caffe. So, the owners of televisions that benefit from connections with incinerators have a name, it is called Vjollca Hoxha.

The Television that may be shut down due to this scandal is not only Top Channel. There may be other media, which are directly or indirectly funded by incinerators in commercials, spots or other payments, to promote the quality of their work, when in fact, there are tens of millions of euros of Albanian taxes taken by Klodian Zoto and Mirel Mërtiri, and then the partnership with Eva Blushi has made them co-shareholders and partners with Vjollca Hoxha and the heirs of Top Channel.

The latter is today a national television in partnership, with the most accused people in Albania for an affair of several hundred million euros. Their names are public, their names are Klodian Zoto and Mirel Mërtiri, and these are not simply accused by Lulzim Basha, but by any media, from most real media in Albania.

 

Even those who have shut their mouths and taken bundles of money from incinerators, have not been able to escape the truth. Today, after a long time, spoke also Lulzim Basha, who was silent and the truth is coming out day by day. However, Luli was afraid to say the names of the owners of the televisions that benefited or received money from the incinerators.

Vjollca Hoxha is already proven. She doesn?t need to take money, as they bought 2.2 million euros from Lori Caffe, 51 per cent of her shares, where one of the shareholders is also Eva Blushi, the wife of Ben Blushi, the current director of Top Channel.

Other televisions, or other mainstream media seem smaller in their violations. But regardless of which television will be punished for the abuses it has committed, regardless of who speaks more or less, or who benefits more or less, let us hope that Lulzim Basha will speak publicly, but also that he will have the courage to take the file of incinerators to SPAK together with the media involved in this great corrupt affair./CNA.al
