Denunciations at the US Embassy/ Businessmen against Ben Blushi and Top Channel

Ever since Ben Blushi was put in charge of Top Channel, two years ago, begun the strong clashes between the once beloved television for Albanians and business. This is proven by facts and documents, which have been officially submitted to the diplomatic institutions in Albania.
We are not talking here about a simple accusation, or an article in the media. But there are some constant letters, sent to the US embassy by various businessmen, because they claim to be intimidated, blackmailed, threatened or attempted to rob theirs assets, using the Top Channel screen and the media owned by Vjollca Hoxha.

Here can not be left without mentioning Vjollca Hoxha, who considers Ben Blushi as one of the most important people in her life. The failed political figure who has chosen the path of the media, using the power of the screen and the authority of Top Channel, for interests that have nothing to do with the mission of the media.
Pointing the finger at Ben Blushi is too little. Because it would be like that old story ?That Enver Hoxha and I don?t know anything about crimes, but Mehmet Shehu did it all with his head?, would probably say Vjollca Hoxha somewhere up and down. But, this didn?t happen because everything was done and abused in the media owned by Mrs.Vjollca Hoxha.

And no one can believe that Ben Blushi does it himself, for his own pleasure. But in fact the interests belong to Vjollca Hoxha. The most recent is the letter published by CNA.al, where the businessman Arben Reli pointed the finger at Top Channel, Ben Blushi and Vjollca Hoxha, but also the bankrupt newspaper ?Shqip?, which now operates only online.

He talks about blackmail, insults, threats and an attempt to rob him a fortune of millions of euros. He accuses the state structures of being misused, placed under the pressure of this television and the show ?Fiks Fare?. And further he goes to the Prosecutor’s Office, Court, Cadastre, bringing documents and evidence, and submitting a complete file to the US Embassy in Tirana.
It is no coincidence that another letter was sent to the US embassy by businessman Andon Dhima, who talks about the million-dollar fortune in the center of Tirana. A building built at the former stadium ?Dinamo?, today ?Selman Stërmasi?.

On behalf of the late Ben Blushi?s ex-father-in-law, Abaz Brati, with a dubious legal procedure, with a formal trial manages to pass on his behalf a plot of land, where then a palace is built, where the rents of apartments and shops are taken by Ben Blushi’s wife, Eva Blushi.

Andon Dhima is today at the door of the courts and prosecutors for his properties and assets, with Ben Blushi. Again he has a problem with justice, where he accuses Ben Blushi of abusing him for his own interests. Without mentioned the scandals published by CNA.al, where the assets of hundreds of millions in Korça were declared for only 30.000 euros, or their sale and purchase was done without the person present in Tirana, and for this was involved the notary in forgery.

Third in line, but no less important, is businessman Nadir Chausholli of CFO Pharma, who has claimed to have settled the debates with Top Channel. But before that, he also wrote a long letter to the US Embassy. He has publicly admitted it to some media, but has already solved his ?problems? with Top Channel and Ben Blushi, and has returned to an advertiser on this television.
Although he once appeared in the media himself, with strong accusations against Ben Blushi and Top Channels. This after a document that was officially brought by this television, asking for large funding in the protection of the image, and advertising of the products of this company.
Another letter to the US embassy was sent by Top Channel majority shareholders Albert Sino and Aurel Baci. The persons who enjoy with documents 60 percent of the shares of Top Channel, were sued after 10 years in court by Vjollca Hoxha.
The trial was won in the First Instance, and then lost on Appeal, with a highly charged jury and already out of system. With a procedure, clashes, lawsuits and reports, where again the state as in the case of Arben Reli and Andon Dhima didn?t stand firm with the truth, but kept the side of the owner in the minority of Top Channel.

Another businessman, Sokol Hysa, is one of the people who have worked closely with Top Channel. He goes to the door of justice, demands the bills of hundreds of millions that Top Channel has to pay, debts to him for the work done. Although he has paid VAT and endless money in the state as taxes, the court and the prosecution close his file.
Even though VAT is declared in taxes and paid by the businessman, then everything disappears, is deleted. Proceedings are closed in the prosecutor?s office, in court. The businessman Klodian Allajbeu, of the American Hospital, also had a strong clash. But the latter not with letters to the US Embassy.

These are some cases that a group of businessmen has written to the diplomatic institutions in Tirana, after the clashes they had with the owner of Top Channel and its director Ben Blushi. The corrupt attitudes of the justice system, which being in the steps of reform, out of fear and panic that they may be attacked by Top Channel are kept under pressure, to give decisions in favor of the cases of Blushi and Vjollca Hoxha.

Here we can recall the case of some judges of the High Court, simply attacked, because they did not like it or because the information that Vjollca Hoxha had received about her trials went against the interest. They went so far as to organize protests in front of the Supreme Court, where protesters were employees and relatives of Vjollca Hoxha.

Today we are faced with these facts, which CNA.al has denounced day after day, are continuous attitudes of businessmen, who are at the doors of prosecutors and courts. Someone has completely lost his hope. Someone also feels threatened, someone else has lost his shares, someone else claims that his property will be robbed, simply and only because at the head of Top Channel, Ben Blushi and Vjollca Hoxha, have decided to use the television against these persons we mentioned above, using both state institutions and the justice system, and therefore end up at the doors of embassies.

 

These are the facts that speak for themselves. And no one to date has responded to them. But, for years, there have been dozens and dozens of trials, many businesses and an endless list of cases listed in the Court of Tirana, aiming to win with the power that of the screen of a national television.  As long as we do not yet have independent judges, as a result of the Justice Reform, the decisions that have been taken have been under pressure or the intervention of the media power of Vjollca Hoxha and Ben Blushi./CNA.al
