Scandal with the forgery notary/ Who bought the silence of Etilda Gjonaj, and how much did it cost

Some time ago, CNA.al published the scandal of buying a property with a market value of 500 million Lek in the center of Korça, in the name of Ben Blushi?s daughter, written for only 30 thousand euros in the sale?s contract.

In the presence of the notary Violeta Sulkaj on 28 and 29 May 2015, 2 contracts were drafted and signed, on behalf of Natali Blushi, while the latter was in London, then only 20 years old. So the notary in question has openly violated the law by falsifying or notarizing a document with a false signature.

But what is happening?

The Ministry of Justice and Minister Etilda Gjonaj seem to be covering the falsification scandal for which began an administrative investigation.

Sources for CNA.al from the Ministry of Justice, said that an administrative investigation has been launched against the notary, but while two months have passed since the publication of this scandal, there is still no public reaction or attitude from Minister Gjonaj.

Based on the law on Notaries, the Ministry of Justice should set up a commission to investigate the notary, who committed a criminal offense years ago, and it is up to this commission to decide the fate of its license.

But, apparently Minister Gjonaj has decided to leave ?in the shadows? and be silent about this scandal related with the notary Violeta Sulkaj.

The questions that require answers in this case are:

Who bought the silence of Etilda Gjonaj and the minister?s officials?

How much did cost the silence of the Minister of Justice to cover the scandal of the forgery of the notary Sulkaj?/ CNA.al
