The notary forger of Ben Blushi risks 7 years in prison

The scandal of the notary Violeta Sulkaj, caught in forgery continues to deepen. CNA.al has previously reported that Violeta Sulkaj, Ben Blushi?s notary, was caught in forgery, making a sale contract on behalf of Natali Blushi, who was not in Albania at the time the contract was signed.

According to the Criminal Code, Article 186, the notary risks up to seven years in prison for this forgery. The case in question is a forgery of documents by an authority such as the notary, which is trying to defend itself in any way in the Tirana prosecutor?s office and the Ministry of Justice.

The case of Violeta Sulkaj is the flagrant one when ?the thief is caught stealing?, everyone knows who he is, but leave him free. Minister Etilda Gjonaj is defending the counterfeiter, by not conducting an administrative investigation, and by not respecting the law, which leads to the immediate revocation of the license.

Without mention the Tirana Prosecutor?s Office, which has not yet begun an investigation.
