An institution created after the Justice Reform and perhaps the only one where it is still hoped and emphasized that not all are caught.

So, justice with its reform gave us captured and contested institutions, but in SPAK with the arrival of Altin Duman, there is still hope , there are still arguments that this institution is free and can bring fundamental changes in the fight against crime and corruption in the country .
