A COMPLETE ANSWER TO THE MEDIA CENSOR GENERAL, ALDOR NINI

For three months now, the media company "City News Albania" (CNA) has been under the criminal attacks of a certain Aldor Nini, completely unknown to me during over 30 years of work in journalism, but known enough as a media censor that I made a mess and didn't thorn in his side.

This is a truth that CNA and I, as its administrator, are bearing on our shoulders. Although we have all the media rights, legal and moral with us, although in solidarity we have found support from international media institutions and associations, thanks to the criminal intervention of Aldor Nini, the owner of "Acromax", our page on social networks continues to be blocked.

It continues to be inactive on "Instagram" and closed on the social networks "TikTok", "YouTube" and "Facebook". In short, this "Acromax Nini" has undertaken to play the role of the supreme "general" of the media, more than 90% of which he has lined up and orders how and how many times, even he himself order those who have promoted him "general" media censor.

The ranks of "Acromax Nini" have been given by those who command it with the only condition that they do not allow any media to tarnish the reality of the "Renaissance" of the country, under the 11-year government of the Rama 1, 2, 3 governments, as well as the power " 5D" of the municipality of Erion Veliaj.

If Aldor Nini of "Acromax" is a "soldier" of Edi Rama or of the "5D" power of Erion Veliaj, this has no importance, since with the role of media censor he plays, he serves both. Even more, by censoring the media, "Acromax Nini" does an illegal service to the entire power of the "Revivalists" who have put our poor republic to clinical death. 

In short, Aldor Nini is the offspring of the government that triumphantly promised to make Albania flourish, left desolate by the Berisha governments 2005-2013. Aldor Nini is one of the devout "Revivalists", who as the CEO of the company "Acromax", registered in Germany, uses the copyright to threaten and silence those 2 or 3 remaining media that dare to "darken" reality reborn Under this motto, "Acromax Nini" has laid down, as we mentioned, more than 90% of the media (including those who disobey with gloves).

The media company "City News Albania" was and continues to be the only one outside of "Acromax Ninit", it is the only one that discovered and started the denunciation battle with Erion Veliaj for the Tirana incinerator affair, which has eaten 130 million euros of taxpayer budget without ever being built. CNA is the only media that publicly exploded the scheme of the "5D" affair of the municipality of Erion Veliaj, but not the only one.

After his impudence was touched, and moreover when the series of articles denouncing the CNA against the affairs of the Veliaj municipality continued, Aldor Nini sharpened his sword even more against the "disobedient" CNA. Failing to find a compelling argument, Acromax Nini fabricated CNA's copyright infringement to raise the issue. He accused us of appropriating the copyright, even though for each broadcast we have the authorizations of the copyrighted media for the illustrative fragments.

CNA has legal authorization with the signature and seal of "Vizion Plus", "Klan", "Syri TV", "ABC News", "Euronews" televisions.

In the role of the "revivalist general", "Acromax Nini" ordered us to delete any news that we had published, which according to him violated the copyright, but we continued to disobey because we were legally OK. Our legal opposition irritated "general" Nini, accustomed to the behavior of the YES Man, media owners and organizations that claim to protect free speech.

Scorched by CNA's refusal to line up, Aldor Nini, who has filled his mind that the Albanian media "cake" is all his own, found to hit not the CNA company, but Elvi Fundon, who apart from being a shareholder does not have a leadership role in CNA's technical staff.

What was said and what was not said about Mr. Fundo, who has been living in Germany for years. Concoctions that only the fantasies of sleep-deprived minds can conjure up. When they were convinced that they could not increase the CNA in their pockets, they mobilized the army of media hounds as pressure and when they again reaped the rejection of the ministry and the two standards, "Acromax Nini" undertook the criminal act of blocking the CNA page on social networks .

The unprecedented act was undertaken when the censor general, Aldor Nini, saw himself as the protagonist of the black chronicle. In an event as shameful as it was painful and illegal, related to his family. The event for which Aldor Nini ended up detained by the police, prosecuted and for which the trial continues, was published only by CNA, despite the shameful silence of more than 90% of the media being under the censor's hoof.

CNA has followed and published in dynamics the shameful behavior with his relatives, following the standard of journalism, without asking why the protagonist is "general" Nini. Because CNA did not and does not play by the professional standard, it does not divide people into mother and cow, since in its editorial practice CNA relies on the sentence: "Everyone is equal before the law". This is a behavior that does not go well with the "general censor" Aldor Nini, who, although lost in the court battle with Mr. Fundo, ordered by the Cologne Court to release the blocked pages of CNA, continues to make cubin. On Sunday, Aldor Nini undertook other attacks that closed the CNA page on "Facebook", with the thought that he will shut us up.

Despite all the attacks and efforts of Aldor Nini and "Acromax" to censor us, CNA will continue its mission to report the truth, without being influenced by anyone or anything./ CNA
