Ky është një qëndrim tjetër që mban Erion Veliaj kur sqaron njerëzit se i ka mbyllur hallet me SPAK-un, me çështjen e inceneratorëve dhe pikërisht përmend Armando Subashin dhe prokurorin Dritan Prençi, i cili në fakt ka hetuar dhe inceneratorin e Fierit. (lexo këtu)

Nuk ndalet shkon më tej kur për prokurorin Olsi Dado thotë: "Ai nuk është i joni, ndoshta është më afër me ata të PD-së, por nuk ka ndonjë problem. Altini e ka kuptuar se unë nuk kam lidhje me këto gjëra, ata thjesht po më bëjnë një hetim pasuror. Unë e mora premtimin, do t'i shohim letrat do ti mbyllim kështu t'i shpëton një herë e mirë nga çdo akuzë dhe mund të jesh e ardhmja e PS-së”. Një tjetër frazë kjo e artikuluar nga Erion Veliaj. 

Të gjitha këto që përmendëm më sipër, por ka edhe të tjera me emra specifikë politikanësh, deputetësh. Përmendet emri i Arben Rakipit, ku Veliaj pretendon se e çon shpesh në zyrën e Altin Dumanit. Përmendet emri i Fatmir Xhafajt, përmenden emra që e lidhin me Olsian Çelën, prokurorin e përgjithshëm. (lexo këtu)

Emra politikanësh zyrtarësh të lartë, biznesmenësh, investitorë strategjikë, të cilat sipas Veliajt kanë thirrur Dritan Prençin, i kanë çuar habere Klod Brahos. Dikush tjetër që garanton Olsi Dadon, apo deri tek fjala e Altin Dumanit dhe në fund tek shprehja çetën e Dibrës që dikur e quante nga Kalaja e Dodës tashmë e kishte nën kontroll dhe gjithçka ai e kishte zgjidhur. 

Në fakt të gjitha këto fjalë, thashetheme, intriga, skenarë që Veliaj i krijon për të mbajtur me shpresë të tijët, apo duke menduar se do ta kapërcejë, se të zezën do ta bëjë të bardhë, se mund t'i marrë peng një grup prokurorësh që kanë një tufë me çështje ndaj tij, janë një lëvizje e radhës që na tregon se në çfarë gjendje të rënduar është Veliaj. 

Një njeri që i ka zgjidhur hallet dhe problemet nuk flet, ai ecën përpara. Erion Veliaj duket se paska halle të mëdha me SPAK-un.
