In 2019, the show "Stop" on TV Klan investigated the disinsection tender, and revealed how senior officials of the Institute of Public Health favored the winning operators of this tender.

According to the data, this operator has the lowest offer, but this fact leads us to another problem. The biocide that this operator has, "AquaBac DF 3000" and "AquaBac 200G" are not listed in the list approved by the Council of Ministers and specialists for use in Albania.

Meanwhile, "Egian Med shpk" is not an unknown name. In 2017, "Stop" found that the operator with administrator Fatos Lashin had thrown pharmaceutical waste into the environment. In 2019, Fatos Lashi, as a natural person, was suspended by KPP for 18 months for irregularities in the disinsection tender.

However, the administrator Fatos Lashi created another company with a different name, namely the company "Egian Med shpk".
