Fiks Fare denounced the actions of the mujahedin 5 years ago, the evidence: MEK

After the order of the GjKKO to check the MEK camp in Manzë, as it was suspected of terrorism and cyber attacks carried out by mujahedin inside the camp.

Meanwhile, the Albanian police forces also encountered resistance from the Iranians inside the camp, where the latter also raised accusations of murder by the police.

But 5 years ago, Fiks Fare denounced the actions of the Iranian opposition in the MEK camp in Albania, bringing the testimony of 3 former members of this group, where they showed what the role was and what the Mujahedin did in our country.

At that time, not only the MEK, but also a former American congressman made strong accusations that Fiks Fare was sponsored by Iran's secret services. While the denunciation of Fiks Fare was based on what former members of this group themselves claimed, who MEK really is. At that time, they turned to Fiks Fare after they had left the People's Mujahideen Organization of Iran, and were living without any economic assistance or social support. Without immigrant status, without any identification documents, without income, they cannot even return to their country of origin. them and not even in the camp anymore.

Today Fiks Fare brings back to attention what it denounced 5 years ago, to understand what happens inside the camp in Manzë or as the defectors themselves call another ASHRAF.

Evidence: MEK an organization with soldiers highly prepared for war

In 2018, the Fiks Fare show found some former members of this organization, 3 of the 200 who left the MEK. All three interviewees claim that the mujahedin sheltered in the Manza camp are soldiers very well prepared for war. According to them, the MEK has very severe conditions, where communication with their families is strictly forbidden. At that time, they lived in several apartments paid for by UNCHR, but they expressed their fear that they would be left in the middle of 4 streets. After leaving the organization, they did not have any identification documents, neither immigrant nor political immigrant status.

Interview with Sadala Sefi, former MEK member, left the organization in 2017

I am Sadala Sefi, I was born in Iran in 1969. I joined the Mujahideen organization at the age of 21.

Why did you become part of this organization?

When I lived in Iran, there were many problems in the country, especially economic. That is why I went to this organization to bring a better future for people.

How did you get to know this organization?

They have a radio and do propaganda in Iran. I heard on the radio that they had some bases in other countries like Turkey and that they were preparing to fight in Iran. I connected with this base in Turkey and went there.

When you joined the MEK, what was going on inside?

In the early days when I was there, they talked about free people, about freedom. But then I realized that it was all a lie.

Why do you think they were lies?

Because they are a scary organization they have many agents who force you to do what they want. And you have to do what they say. I went there of my own free will, but they forced me to do what…

You continued to receive ideological lessons and what were you told?

We were constantly doing ideological lessons. You don't have to start a family. You have no family. You have to do what the leader of the organization tells you.

Why did you decide to leave the organization?

Because they only told us lies and when we were in Iraq I had no chance to leave, it was just like a prison there.

Manza is similar to ASHRAF?

Yes, from what others have told me, it is like in ASHRAF. When I came here I thought that here was freedom and so I ran away.

Are there many defectors from this organization?

As far as I know, there are about 200 people who have left. If you become part of this organization they create some rules to keep people inside. Here in Albania the rules change, they can't keep people by force like they did in Iraq. But they have some rules to make the situation difficult so people can't leave. One is this situation, that if you leave you don't have money to live, since you don't even have status here, you don't have the opportunity to work. So the situation is such that people find it difficult to escape.

Are you afraid of the future, what will you do here? You have no documents, no status?

I want to leave this country, but I can't, I don't have any documents to leave. I have no future here. Your government, the Ministry of Interior does not give us any chance for me to stay here. When I'm on the street, the policemen can stop me and ask me who are you? During these three months I tried to get the permit as a resident person but your government tells me that we lost your papers. While just a few days ago they told me that we are preparing your papers as a resident citizen, but I have not received anything so far. Our requests are at least to let our families come here to help us.

Interview with Hasan Bidi, former member of MEK

The MEK provided information about Iran to the government of Iraq and to the government of Saudi Arabia. They are paid by these. They work for Saddam Hussein and Saudi Arabian intelligence. There was a war between Iran and Iraq.

No I do not have . It was not my solution, because this organization is like a sect. When you are part of her victim, you cannot have a wife, you cannot have children, you must be alone.

Why did you make this sacrifice?

It wasn't my choice and it wasn't my sacrifice because they forced me with life and death. If I wanted to be alive I had to leave everything, it was not my choice. During all these 15 years I was a victim, I was not allowed to have contact with my family and call them. Everything was forbidden for us.

At what age did you join this organization and why did you become part of it?

At the age of 24. I was their sympathizer for a long time in Iran. When I realized that they were lying to me and that they were terrorists, I no longer wanted to have anything to do with them. When I ran away and started working as a mechanic in a private activity they sent me some sympathizers who told me that the government is looking for you, many of your friends are in prison. You need to get out of this country very soon because the Iranian government will kill or imprison. I left, not for myself but for my family and went to this organization. After I left Iran I went to Turkey. I had no passport to travel. That organization took everything from me and gave me a fake document to go to Iraq.

What was your role in this organization?

I didn't give you any kind of information as I realized they were lying to me. They didn't just lie to me, but everyone lied to them. Many of the people are in Turkey. They came and told us you should go back to Iraq and stay for 3 months, and then we will take you to any country they want in Europe. But everything was a lie as you see everyone is now in Albania. If you go to that organization with this document, you are like a prisoner because you have no other choice, no way to leave them.

We have lived armed. Divided into groups and classes where we received theoretical and ideological lectures. They taught us how to be better than the Iranian government.

What did you do in practice, who ordered you to attack?

Organization. It created special groups and took them to Iran to plant bombs by creating attacks.

In the organization I learned all about guns and killing people. Many of these people you see here are not people, they are war machines.

Interview with MANUCER Habdi, who left MEK

When I was 42 years old I became part of this organization and now I am 55 years old. So I have been a victim of this organization for 13 years in a row. When I lived in my country in Iran, there were many problems and the situation was not very good both politically and economically. I had many dreams about the freedom of my country so I joined this organization, but then I realized that this organization was a big lie. They lied to us, they are a sect, I could no longer see myself in it.

What do you do in the camp, did you learn to use weapons, did you do military training?

At first we did ordinary work there like all people do. During those years, Iran had many problems, especially economic ones. That organization had many lobbies and sympathizers in Iran and they promised many young people that if they went to Iraq and became part of it they would get a lot of money

Was it hard to get away from her?

Yes, it was very difficult. Because we had no connection to the life that took place outside of it. We didn't know anything about what was happening. We had no telephone or knowledge of the Internet, so we had nothing to do with our family. I came here later with this organization because there was an agreement between it, the Albanian government, and the American government. UNHCR brought me here and now for 8 months I am out of it and living on my own.

Why did you decide to leave right when you came here?

Because when I was in Iraq, I tried to contact my daughter and they wouldn't let me. There were many families who came to ASHRAF to meet their relatives, but this organization forced them not to meet their children and attacked those people.

Is the camp in Albania the same as in Iraq?

They are creating something similar. I asked to see my daughter, but they have made a deal with your government not to allow our families to come see us. So if you are part of this organization you cannot have any relationship with the family, it is forbidden for you.

Here some groups connect with people, with young people in Iran through internet, social media and teach them how to fight how to kill others in Iran.

When I was part of the organization I was part of a group that connected virtually with a group of young people in Iran and taught them how to fight. Because you should know that everyone in this organization knows how to fight and kill, so we are militarily prepared, we know everything about weapons. We teach young people in Iran via skype. I have not received war lessons because before I was part of the organization I was part of the Iranian army.

You know that every political refugee has a status in every country of the world, we don't. We are simply residents living in Albania, so without status. They brought us all here, we don't have any documents or status. I have suffered a lot, I was a victim of this organization, now that I left, do I have the right as a human being to live like everyone else. I can't work. This is the problem for all of us.

Albania has sheltered around 3,000 Iranian mujahedin in Albania since March 2013 until September 2016, when the last 280 arrived from the "Liberty" camp in Iraq./ tch
