The investigative show "Stop" has dealt with citizens' problems many times, related to online shopping scams on social networks. Today, the same problem was addressed, this time of a citizen who lives in the United Kingdom.

She says that she bought a stuffed animal on an online site "Cinderella Fur" which cost 350 Euros. Then her friend also made such an order. But the advertised product did not arrive, so she asked for the money back.

Complainant:I am a citizen currently residing in England. On January 12, I ordered a plush from a site called "Cinderella Fur", which was owned by a girl named Xhuljana Kovaçi. I ordered it on January 12th and it arrived on February 26th, while the girl told me that it will arrive very quickly. When it arrived, I received a size much larger than what I ordered, almost 4 sizes larger, and the girl told me that "we order 4-5 sizes larger to be inside because we are afraid". I had given my measurements. I liked the material and recommended it to a friend of mine. So she was going to return the stuffed animal that I got and bring me my size and in the meantime I ordered another stuffed animal for my friend. 2 stuffed animals in the amount of 700 Euros, but when the stuffed animals arrived, apart from being too late, we received a scandalous material. I asked for a refund, I no longer wanted the product. I started contacting the girl, communicating by text, but she didn't answer me anymore. In this case, I directed you to the show "Stop" to solve the problem.

When he asked for the money, he did not receive any response, but when he mentioned the denunciation in "Stop", the money was returned.

Complainant: Regarding my problem, since the girl was not answering me, I told her that I contacted Stopi. As soon as I mentioned the name of the show, the girl answered me immediately and promised to return my money. Thanks to you, I think I will get those lek.

In September 2021, the Minister of Finance and Economy announced that by decision of the Council of Ministers, it was decided to open the platform for online shopping abuses where dissatisfied citizens can be addressed.

"Stop" was interested in this ministry, but the promised platform has not yet been opened. Citizens are left to turn to the Tax Administration or the Police./tvklan
