The Shkoza family has sent this decision to the Enforcement in Durrës. But, for so long, the decision has not been implemented.

"They give me all kinds of excuses. Once we have no means. Once a bailiff is missing. One is removed, the other is put on. They always find an excuse. But the main reason is that they have no means. They came on June 14, 2023, the bailiffs, the local police, the order. But they had no means. They come for eye and cheek. The adjacent construction has destroyed my apartment, records have been made that my apartment has been destroyed. But no one intervenes, " says Xhaviti.

He claims that he has asked IMT and IKMT for help, but these institutions have not responded.

"They told us last time that they will support you, but they did not bring a vehicle on June 14. The decision is to demolish the two upper floors without a permit, if we don't have the means. The law stipulates that, if the Enforcement does not find means, or if IKMT or IMT does not support us, the requesting subject finds it himself. But not even Xhaviti can find it and we are left at this stage. No one from the private sector comes to demolish a building. If the IMT or the IKMT does not come next time, we will file a criminal complaint, " says the head of Enforcement.
