Fiks Fare denounced on Monday evening the actions of a Traffic Police officer, who fined a woman even though her car was at the point of blocking.

Flutura Haxhiraj, from Vlora, complained to the editors of the investigative show. She says she wrongfully revoked her license from a police officer named Renato Sula.

Meanwhile, on July 8, 2022, the BMW type car with license plate AA 888 AO is sent to the blocking point in Vlora.

But, since the citizen accused the police of illegal detention, the traffic police Renato Sula signed another fine of 80,000 lek against the citizen on July 11, 2022. On this date, the car was at the point of blocking. The policeman writes that "the car was moving on the road of the police station", when in fact the car was at the blocking point.

"You don't understand why they did it to me. They terrorized me and I paid the fine twice. On July 5, 2022, I was fined 15,000 ALL. On the 11th, they fined me 80,000 lek, when the car was about to be blocked. Both fines by the same policeman, Renato Sula. He lives in Tirana. He had come to Vlora during the summer. I have no conflicts, but I think that I sued him in court, that's why he fined me," affirms the citizen, as she says that there is also a letter from the former director of the Vlora Police for this measure.

"On July 10, 2022, the Vlora Police Director Gentian Berberi, now gone, wrote that your complaint was reviewed and a decision was made by the Commission. In this decision, the decision-making of the verifying agent was confirmed," the letter states.

However, the Commission's decision is dated July 18 and the director's letter dated July 10! " How did the director know what measure the commission would take?" says the citizen.

The checkpoint policeman tells him that the BMW car went to that checkpoint on July 8, 2022 and left on July 21.
