A complaint from a citizen of Piqeras in Himarë, who has an ownership problem and their land has been seized, has arrived at the editorial office of the show Stop on TV Klan.

It is about the citizen Petrit Lulo, who after returning from Greece discovered that his land has been occupied and surrounded by a fence and a door by his neighbor.

Petrit Lulo, according to the documents, is the owner of 300 meters of house plot and also owns 2 thousand square meters of agricultural land.

Petrit Lulo received an answer from the Lukovë unit to surround his property with burglar wire, but the local police specialist, Fatos Çela, does not allow him to do so.

Kur e ka bërë këtë ka qenë anëtar i Këshillit Bashkiak. Ky e gjeti bosh këtu meqë ne ishim në Greqi, futi rrugën, e rregulloi me mik unë nuk e di. Shkova në bashki, mora leje për të rrethuar. E rrethova pjesën përpara edhe erdhi zotëria prapë ma prishi. U ankuam te policia e Himarës, vjen inspektori i zonës Fatos Çela dhe thotë pezullohen punimet për 48 orë për arsye dokumentesh”, thotë denoncuesi Petrit Lulo.
