The Chairman of the Freedom Party, Ilir Meta, has responded from prison to SPAK's accusations regarding the ÇEZ-DIA case.

Between the attacks on SPAK and the head of this institution, Meta has denied that he intervened in the conclusion of the contract between "DIA" and the company "ÇEZ Shpërndarje".

He stated that the contract was signed a few days before he became Minister of Energy.

As for the trip to Prague, where SPAK said it took Kastriot Ismailaj as part of the delegation, Meta has claimed that this is not true.

Likewise, through Dritan Prifti and Tom Dosh, they tried to use his relatives to provoke me to intervene for his release and then they encouraged them to give false interviews.

Regarding this issue, as Speaker of the Assembly, I sent official information to the Prosecutor's Office and asked them to take measures, since they could even eliminate Ms. Vojsava Ismaili and then claim that I had done this, allegedly as revenge or for missing a witness who never actually existed as such.

Altin Dumani knows very well that Kastriot Ismaili had connections with CEZ long before I became Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, because of his American partner Rebeka, and I am not the person who connected him to the Czechs.

Likewise, Dumani knows very well that the Ministry of Economy and Energy maintained ties with CEZ on behalf of the Albanian Government, as a 24% shareholder in CEZ-Albania.

Duman knows very well that the agreement between CEZ and DIA was signed on September 1, 2010 and was a relationship between two companies with mutual interests.

Regarding the claims that after this visit the price was reduced by ERE in favor of CEZ, I have to clarify that ERE was an independent institution from the Government.

Not only that, but the Ministry of Economy and Energy contested its decision in all courts through KESH.

Furthermore, this clash between the Government and ERE resulted in the resignation or dismissal of the President of ERE.

But this does not help Altin Dumani to be mentioned even though he was in my testimony because he has taken the task of the party's kamikaze to build a fake synoptic picture, in order to mount political accusations without evidence.

For 4 years, Duman made every effort to get Kastriot Ismaili to make false statements in prison against me, but he did not achieve his goal.

Everyone in Fier prison and SPAK know this.
