Sources for CNA indicate that a criminal case will be immediately registered for this environmental massacre, while the materials will be passed on to the Tirana Prosecutor's Office for criminal charges.

This action by the law enforcement forces comes as a direct consequence of the media denunciation of CNA, which through film footage exposed how private entities are destroying the environment by dumping soil and waste near the Tirana River, on the edge of Arbër Road.
