"Rotten government"/ Arben Malaj: Rama's resignation, a

Former Minister of Finance, Arben Malaj, has reacted to the protests that have been taking place against the government over the past few days.

Malaj stated in a post on social media that Rama's resignation, demanded by citizens in rallies, is a completely achievable objective, while accusing him of leading a rotten government.

According to Malaj, what is expected through the protests is a "New Albania", without euphoric promises that sink new civic movements.

Beware ! Peaceful and patriotic protest can be "suicided" by euphoric populism.

This is for several main reasons:

1. Failure to clarify the phenomenon of the rise of socialism in the Generation, also referred to in this article, by overloading the protest with many messages that diminish its objectivity and especially its mission.

Rama's resignation is a completely achievable objective, because his government — purely personal — is rotten. Everything rotten falls.

The sole mission of this protest should be "New Albania".

This mission must be clarified as to what it means and how it will be achieved. This mission cannot simply be a parallel to the protests but a vision and achievable objective.

The objectives must be clearly stated as simply and easily understood by every protester and every Albanian:

which are immediate/short-term, which are medium-term and which are part of the long-term vision.

Objectives must be well-structured, starting from constitutional, social, economic and budgetary changes.

This requires that for these difficult objectives, Albanian and diaspora experts begin to be engaged, and that both Albanian and foreign experts join online platforms, making good use of the extraordinary possibilities of artificial intelligence, to draft documents for specific reforms.

Only on the basis of these documents for the deep political reform should the draft contract of the protesters with all Albanians be prepared.

This work should begin without delay, because it increases credibility and public support before, during, and especially after the protests.

Beware of euphoric populism! Based on the article above, euphoric promises are "the deep pit that sinks both new social and political movements."

11. Our protests should learn lessons from the “Arab Spring”,

(i)

Which brought down "family kingdoms and personal kingdoms" worth hundreds of billions of dollars,

(ii)

but failed in the mission to build the promised tomorrow.

The protest movement must be very careful of complacency,

from discord or even from misuse by the "two Siamese brothers"

who reign over the killing of the hope and future of all Albanians.

12. The protest must be prepared to be competitive in the new elections for central government, but especially for any option for early parliamentary elections.

The protest movement must be done to prevent the insidious resignation of Rama, who may temporarily leave not to really leave, but to return:

(i) more aggressively

(ii) and primitive revenge.

Finally, dear patriotic, peaceful, and well-educated protesters:
