In the meeting with residents in Zvërnec, Prime Minister Edi Rama emphasized that SPAK's intervention in the "Zvërnec" issue came quite naturally and not for the project.

Addressing the residents, Rama stated that residents can only find their rights regarding property in court.

Among other things, he explained that if the court declares these residents owners, the money frozen by SPAK's decision will be transferred to the state and, after verification of documents, will be distributed to the residents.

"I have come to take responsibility for what you want to know about the government's relationship with this project. A scandal has been made with the property, no one denies this. You can only find your right in justice.  I am being denied my voice and origin. Judicial processes are the right of everyone. The property has been sold. When they appeared before us, they brought all the papers. Everything has been verified with the Cadastre. I emphasize that SPAK entered this process quite naturally, but not for the project. The fate here is that if you leave the court as the owner, the frozen money of the person under investigation, passes to the state, which deals with the owners, saying, "You have the letter, order the money," Rama said. /CNA
