The "Partizani" case/ Balla arrives at SPAK

The head of the SP Parliamentary Group, Taulant Balla, has appeared before SPAK in the "Partizani" case. Balla has been summoned as a witness. 

"Albania has never been closer to Europe than it is today. The reason is the Justice Reform, which has restored faith in justice," said Balla. 

SPAK has requested the summons of 11 witnesses, while 8 of them are expected to testify in today's session.

In addition to Balla, the list also includes former managers and officials of the former "Partizani" club, who are expected to give testimony on the property transfer procedures, such as Albert Xhani, Paro Laçi, Bujar Labinoti, Afrim Tole and Isa Tare.

The hearing is expected to focus on their testimonies and further consideration of the evidence presented by the parties. Earlier, the GJKKO has agreed to call Prime Minister Edi Rama as a witness in the case. /CNA
