"Partizani" case/Gjokutaj: Rama did not play around with not coming to

Lawyer Genc Gjokutaj spoke to the media after the hearing at the GJKKO on the "Partizani" file. A hearing in which the head of the SP Parliamentary Group, Taulant Balla, testified today.

In his statement to the media, referring to Balla's testimony, Gjokutaj said that justice today heard a liar who did not remember half of the testimony. The lawyer said that there is a possibility that Balla did not make his own report.

Asked about Prime Minister Rama's summons to the GJKKO regarding the "Partizani" file, Gjokutaj stated that he is obligated to appear and it would be a major scandal if he refused the summons.

 

" For Taulant Balla and his cronies. Justice heard today a liar who did not remember 50% of the testimony, did not know what accusations he made. The prosecution itself contradicted part of his testimony. It is as if he did not make the accusation himself.

"Rama did not hesitate to come to court, he has a legal obligation, it would be a very big scandal ," said Gjokutaj.
