KPK dismisses the judge of Korça from office

The Independent Qualification Commission announced on Thursday the decision to dismiss Korça judge Seladin Pysqyli.

Earlier this week, during the hearing, the Commission found negative balances of the judge of Korça, Seladin Pysqyli, for creating assets and covering expenses. Pysqyli claimed errors in the financial analysis and requested the consideration of his wife's income from work in agriculture, saying that for this reason a chain of impossibility had flowed.

Pysqyli received a positive evaluation for the cleanliness of the picture, and no significant problems for professionalism were identified.

The vetting process for Pysqyl was carried out by the KPK body headed by Alma Faskaj , with Pamela Qirko as rapporteur and Xhensila Pinen as member. Ferdinando Buatier was present as an international observer .

Seladin Pysqyli started his career in the justice system in 1993 as an assistant judge and in '95 he was appointed as a judge. For more than two decades, he has been working in the Court of Korça./ Reporter.al
