Bilanci i vetting-ut në Drejtësi

Nga 8 shkurt 2018, kur nisi edhe vetting-u, deri në muajin nëntor 2023, Komisioni i Pavarur i Kualifikimit ka dhënë 712 vendime, nga të cilat:

311 vendime konfirmim në detyrë për 152 gjyqtarë, 145 prokurorë, 2 ish-inspektorë në KLD, 2 inspektor në KLGJ dhe 10 ndihmës/këshilltarë ligjorë;

242 vendime për shkarkim nga detyra për 139 gjyqtarë, 1 ish-gjyqtare në GJL, 100 prokurorë, 1 inspektor në KLGJ dhe 2 ndihmës ligjorë;

101 vendime për ndërprerje procesi

48 vendime për përfundimin e procesit pa një vendim përfundimtar për 25 gjyqtarë

Nisja e procesit të vetting-ut në mars të vitit 2018 i ngjalli shqiptarëve shpresën për një sistem drejtësie të pastruar nga gjyqtarët dhe prokurorët e korruptuar, apo të lidhur me krimin.

“Mëkati” më i shpeshtë i të larguarve ishte pasuria e pajustifikuar. Në disa raste, KPK ka gjetur edhe lidhje me elementë të inkriminuar. Asnjëri prej tyre nuk u pajtua me vendimin, duke e kundërshtuar në shkallën e dytë, në Kolegjin e Posaçëm të Apelimit, dhjetëra prej tyre dështuan

Teksa në shumë prej gjykatave në vend ka mungesë gjyqtarësh, Këshilli i Lartë Gjyqësor ka vendosur të kualifikojë 17 prej tyre nga Shkolla e Magjistraturës. Ata janë pjesë e shkollës së Magjistraturës për vitin 2023-2024./ CNA
