I dënuar për falsifikim dokumentesh/ Gjykata e Lartë lë në fuqi vendimin për Luan Dacin

Luan Daci, ish-anëtari i Kolegjit të Posaçëm të Apelimit, është dënuar me 6 muaj burg, dënim i cili u konvertua në 1 vit shërbim prove për falsifikim të dokumenteve

Ky vendim i Gjykatës së Apelit është lënë në fuqi ditën e sotme nga Gjykata e Lartë, ndonësëe Gjykata Kushtetuese e riktheu për rishqyrtim rekursin e tij.

Kujtojmë se SPAK e ka shpallur fajtor dhe ka dënuar për veprën penale “falsifikim të dokumenteve”, anëtarin e Kolegjit të Posaçëm të Apelimit, KPA, Luan Daci.

SPAK e akuzoi Luan Dacin se ka falsifikuar dokumentet gjatë aplikimit për pozicionin e tij, përmes paraqitjes së rrethanave të rreme nëpërmjet mosdeklarimit të një mase disiplinore për largim nga puna të vitit 1997./ CNA
