126 judges and 82 prosecutors "witnesses" in Vetting/ More dismissed

The Independent Qualification Commission issued 574 decisions from February 8, 2018 to October 31, 2022.

225 decisions for the confirmation in office of 113 judges, 100 prosecutors, 2 former inspectors at the KLD, 1 inspector at the KLJ and 9 assistants/legal advisors;

212 decisions were issued for the dismissal from office of 126 judges, 82 prosecutors, 1 inspector in the ILD, 1 inspector in the KLJ and 2 legal assistants.

87 decisions have been given to interrupt the process for 55 judges, 21 prosecutors, 2 former inspectors in the KLD and 8 legal assistants + 1 former prosecutor (Article G of the Annex to the Constitution).

 8 decisions were given for the suspension of the process for 3 judges, 1 prosecutor and 4 legal assistants in the Supreme Court (Article 56 of Law no. 84/2016).

38 decisions to end the process without a final decision for 23 judges, 13 prosecutors, 1 former Chief Inspector of the KLD and 1 former Inspector of the ILD (Article 95 of the Code of Administrative Procedures and Article 64 of Law no. 96/2016 ).

While 4 decisions have been given for the suspension from duty of 3 prosecutors and 1 legal assistant./ CNA.al
