KPK dismissed/KPA reinstates the judge of file 339

Judge Bib Ndreca

The Special Board of Appeal has returned to duty the judge of GJKKO, Bib Ndreca, who was part of the trial of the famous file 339.

Ndreca was dismissed in January 2021 by the Independent Qualification Commission, due to problems in the wealth criterion.

For the clean image and professionalism of the judge of the Special Court for Corruption and Organized Crime, he was positively evaluated by the KPK.

The judge disputed the Commission's findings on the wealth criterion and claimed that he could prove otherwise with the documents and explanations he had submitted.

We remind you that Ndreca signed the arrest of the Avdylaj group in Shijak and for this he was taken under special protection by the police.

Judge Bib Ndreca graduated from the Magistrate's School in 2009 and was first appointed to the Court of Tropoja. In 2013, he was appointed president of the Court of Puka, while in 2015 he was appointed as a member of the Court of First Instance for Serious Crimes./ CNA
