Sensational approach projected, Salah towards transfer to Turkey

Galatasaray are aiming to make a sensational move in the January transfer window with the transfer of Mohamed Salah from Liverpool.

According to Turkish media outlet Nafas, the Egyptian striker is open to a move to the Turkish Super League, impressed by the atmosphere of Galatasaray fans during Liverpool's last clash in Istanbul.

The Turkish club are preparing a concrete offer and aim to finalise the deal during the winter transfer window. The 33-year-old has been one of Liverpool's most important figures, with over 180 goals and numerous trophies, including the Champions League and Premier League.

His contract with the English club is valid until 2027 and his current value is around 50 million euros.

A move to Turkey would represent one of the biggest transfers in the history of the Super League. Since joining Liverpool in 2017, the Egyptian has been one of the most productive players in Europe, although he has shown a dip in form this season with just three goals in ten games.
