Rama ironically: There is no iron in the Llogara tunnel, but only dry grass and gravel

Prime Minister Edi Rama, at the traditional press conference, also spoke about the judges' request for a salary increase.
Rama said that everyone knows that raising salaries is the exclusive preserve of the two branches of government and the judiciary is not part of it.
The Prime Minister further said that those who have the highest salaries than everyone else are demanding a salary increase, and Rama said this could pose a threat to the state in the salary and economic sectors.
However, Rama said there can be no destabilization, as with the 83 mandates held by the SP, no one can create destabilization.
" It doesn't impress you that the judges' associations gather and want to increase their salaries by court. Why don't you also increase your salaries by court? Why don't teachers get up and raise their salaries by court? Because no one is convinced that they have both the upper hand and the lower hand. Because everyone knows that raising salaries is the exclusive prerogative of the other two branches of government, not the judiciary. How is it possible that these people want to increase their salaries while their salaries are several times higher than ours. I can't wait for the cure to become worse than the disease, I have to prevent it. Whatever this means, it means that we lose 10% of GDP. All this work we have done to build the administration will come back to haunt us. Because when the interpretation of procedures and tenders becomes 7x7+42, then everyone can be threatened.
"There are two moments when we talk about a threat to the state, because even the devil cannot destabilize with 83 mandates. The threat is made with the economy and salaries ," said Rama./ CNA
