Race for the leadership of the DP/Paloka: Anyone can run, the leadership makes

The head of the National Council of the Democratic Party, Edi Paloka, invited to Syri TV, spoke about the National Assembly of the Democrats. Paloka announced that a working group has been established regarding the review of the statute of the Democratic Party.

The Democrat announced that this established group will propose several changes to the Assembly to adapt to the current situation.

Asked about the race for party leader, Paloka said that any member of the DP could present his candidacy, by meeting certain criteria.

The candidacies are then selected by the DP leadership.

 

"A working group has been established to review the DP statute. A group that will propose to the Assembly some changes to adapt to the current situation."

"They fight the opposition as an enemy. The race for chairman has its own interest, it is open. Any of the members could express their opinion to decide on the candidacy. Not everyone can run, it is known, there are certain criteria. It is the chairmanship that ultimately makes a selection ," said Paloka.
